Return & Exchange Policy
Return & Exchange Period
Customers have the right to return or exchange the product within 14 days from the date of delivery.
The return or exchange process may take up to 10 days, depending on the shipping company’s policy.
Conditions for Return & Exchange

The product must be in its original condition, unused, and include all accessories such as packaging and extras. The company reserves the right to Refuse your request if the product was used.

In all cases (change of mind or manufacturing defect), the original shipping cost is deducted upon return or exchange.

The customer bears the return or exchange shipping fees if the reason is a change of mind.

In case of a manufacturing defect, the company covers the shipping costs. The quality team is responsible for determining whether the issue qualifies as a manufacturing defect.

Returns or exchanges are accepted even without the original invoice.

Refunds are processed via bank transfer or e-wallet after receiving the product and verifying its condition.
Cash on Delivery (COD) Policy

If an order is canceled after 24 hours of placement or after being handed over to the shipping company, the Cash on Delivery option will be disabled for the customer, and only prepaid methods will be available.

If the customer refuses to receive the order and it is returned, the Cash on Delivery option will also be disabled, and only prepaid methods will be available.
